I. Meetings
1. Member Meetings
The date, time, and location of the meetings can be changed by the Board to accommodate the needs of the membership.
2. Board Meetings
The Alaqua Lakes Ladies Association Board will meet at least once each month, on the first Tuesday of each month. These meetings will be limited to the officers, with minutes
taken by the Alaqua Lakes Ladies Association Secretary.
3. Attendance
There are no Attendance requirements to maintain Alaqua Lakes Ladies Association Membership. Attendance at the monthly Member Meetings is encouraged in order to make new friends,
to vote, to serve as an officer or Chair, and to participate in a variety of Committees as well as numerous social and charitable activities. However, to accommodate budgeting requirements,
notification of attendance at meetings may need to be confirmed prior to the meeting.
